Therapy for Adults
There can be many things in our life that may cause us to feel anxious, depressed and/or overwhelmed.
Trying to juggle everyday responsibilities like work, relationships, parenting, concerns about a parent getting older, etc., can be exhausting and frustrating. The problem is not so much in having these feelings, but in the possibility of the anxiety and/or depression creating a barrier that impedes your ability to manage your day to day responsibilities and enjoy your life.
While most of my marketing is geared to working with children, I do love working with adults in my private practice, and have done so for the last 14 years.

While most of my marketing is geared to working with children, I do love working with adults in my private practice, and have done so for the last 14 years.
The main issues I love to help my adult clients with include:
Reducing anxious what-if thinking
Minimizing depression so you can do what you love
Managing the daily stress of caring for young children
Learning how to set limits in relationships (family, friends and partners)
Increasing Self-esteem, identifying your gifts and learning how to embrace them
Processing the sadness and worry that comes with your loved ones getting older
Understanding and managing the source of irritability and anger outbursts
Reconnecting with your spiritual self and learning to let things go
