This in-person training is for mental health professionals who already understand the basics of co-regulation and are now navigating a harder reality: caregivers who are overwhelmed, disengaged, or struggling to follow through. We'll address what to do clinically, and how to protect your own regulation and energy across a full caseload like this, because burnout in this work is real and rarely discussed openly.
